Terms

ArcLedger Terms of Use

These terms apply to ArcLedger's public site, operator dashboard, and pilot onboarding activities.

Business-facing service

ArcLedger is intended for legitimate business and operator use. The current rollout is a controlled pilot, and access may be limited, delayed, or denied while ArcLedger evaluates product readiness and merchant risk.

No self-serve production guarantee

Public access to the site does not guarantee production onboarding, merchant activation, or continued use of the service. ArcLedger may require additional business context, manual review, and operational approval before enabling live workflows.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use ArcLedger for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or sanctioned activity.
  • Do not misrepresent your business, ownership, or intended payment flows.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, other operators, or downstream merchants.
  • Do not rely on pilot access as a substitute for legal, tax, or compliance advice.

Pilot-stage product

ArcLedger is still evolving. Features, workflows, availability, and support levels may change as the pilot expands. ArcLedger may pause, modify, or remove features that are not yet ready for broader production use.

Merchant and operator responsibility

Merchants and operators remain responsible for the legality of their business, the accuracy of the information they provide, and the way they use ArcLedger in their own operations.

Disclaimers

Except where explicitly agreed in writing, ArcLedger is provided on an as-available basis during the pilot period. ArcLedger does not promise uninterrupted availability, specific merchant approval outcomes, or production-readiness for every workflow at all times.
