ArcLedger Privacy Notice

This notice explains how ArcLedger handles information across the public site, the operator dashboard, and founder-led pilot onboarding.

What ArcLedger collects

ArcLedger is a business-facing payments and payout product. During the current pilot stage, the service may process business contact details, operator account details, merchant onboarding information, invoice and payment metadata, webhook destinations, audit logs, and other operational records required to run the platform safely.

Public site data

The public site is intentionally lightweight. ArcLedger does not run advertising trackers on the public site today. Standard infrastructure logs may still be processed to keep the service secure, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

Dashboard and onboarding data

When operators sign in to the dashboard or request pilot onboarding, ArcLedger may process authentication data, workspace membership details, invoice and payout records, API usage logs, verification records, and merchant review notes. These records help ArcLedger operate a controlled onboarding process and maintain an auditable history of operator decisions.

Service providers

ArcLedger may rely on infrastructure and software providers for hosting, authentication, error monitoring, communications, and compliance operations. Those providers only receive the information needed to perform their services on ArcLedger's behalf.

How data is used

  • Operate the product and keep the dashboard available and secure.
  • Review and onboard legitimate businesses during the pilot period.
  • Verify payments, reconcile records, and manage payout operations.
  • Investigate incidents, fraud, abuse, and reliability issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Data retention

ArcLedger keeps operational and audit records for as long as they are reasonably needed for service delivery, incident response, security, or legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by record type and onboarding status.

Your choices

If you need to update or delete information that you shared directly during pilot onboarding, contact ArcLedger using the details on the Contact page. ArcLedger may keep limited records when required for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
